The reason it is getting stuck is because you’re over filling it. There is a max fill level you shouldn’t go over. Great video!

I just purchased this exact unit! I have read a few mixed reviews on water leaks and I ended up with a water leak. Easily repairable! The clip to a waterline into the main boiler was not installed properly. This unit actually has two boilers, one for the brew head and a second one for the steam (milk frother). It also has an electronically controlled mechanical valve before the steam boiler with brass and metal fittings. I'm impressed! Cheers!

My boyfriend got me this machine for my birthday. I’ve been using it for months and tamping the espresso in the portafilter and THEN putting it in the lever. No wonder I’ve been having pulling issues! I also wasn’t using enough espresso it seems. I will mound my espresso and tamp correctly now hahah, thank you!!

When you want to clean de milk reservoir at the end of the day you first must exchange the milk for water. It cleans the inside of the pipes. He has done it with the milk still inside and waisted 100ml of milk. But... very good video 😊

it’s making indents in the grinds once you take it off the machine because you’re adding to much of your espresso grinds, which is causing it to stick. the grinds aren’t supposed to touch it like that. hopefully that makes it a little easier lol

I wonder... I use only level scoops and it doesn't make mountain of grinds to tamp down. However I read that the empty space can create a soggy puck which I do get but less the mess overall. What are your thoughts? Fill to the very top or level the scoops for some space?

Too much space reduces the pressure which helps extract flavor from the grounds! Packing also extends the time the water soaks the grounds to get the most flavor!
