Great finale to your trip. Helsinki seems like a very pleasant airport to connect in. Also, the ATR seems like a fun aircraft! I’ve only been in Dash 8s/Q300/400s. Great having a view of those engines, especially when taking off from the runway!

This is why I love aviation as the thought of boarding that aircraft would leave me with a huge smile on my face , the apron walk I did just over a week ago in lithuania was fantastic with the smell of the engines it’s amazing . What a short flight I was shocked but it must pay . Nice to see you with you parents enjoying it as it’s nice to spend time with family , have a great week 👍

Flew domestic to Kuopio, the legroom was great for such a small aircraft at least for me. Finnair continues to be one of my favourites! And ATRs and other propeller aircraft are fun as you really feel the takeoff and landing!

15:20 That's the Helsinki cargo harbour in eastern Helsinki suburb called Vuosaari or Nordsjö in Swedish. Fun fact: There are plans to build a rail tunnel under the sea between Helsinki and Tallinn, the journey would take just 30min.

Funnily enough, I was on a propeller plane this afternoon, with Flybe from Edinburgh to Belfast City. Very short (only half an hour) but still time for the crew to offer free light refreshments (tea/coffee and biscuits), something you would probably be paying about £5 for with the likes of Easyjet or Ryanair. Would be happy enough to fly with them again. 👍

Great video as per usual. How long was the flight? You may have mentioned it in the report but I must've missed it. I've only flown on an ATR once in my life and it was actually on one of your favourite airlines - Bangkok Airways, from Samui to Bangkok! For someone who loves flying on the likes of A380 and 747, I surprinsgly enjoyed the experience. Very different.

Yes, the journey is always fun! :-D Don´t think that I (Maxi) was tipsy but we had had a few drinks in the lounge at Helsinki Airport. I had a cold at the time (not corona) so that drained some of the energy ;-) Have a good Sunday :-D
