Do u put a cup over the film right after its printed? Or flip it over? Make sure it stays in dark after and peek on it

Hi Erin, thank you for your video! I'm excited of getting my instax mini link recently, but I'm frustrated with the colors of the printouts. Bright areas look too pale, faces look bluish, light pink is almost lost, dark areas lack detail and are too dark compared to pics on my phone screen. It's far from being crisp I have to add quite a bit of saturation to make the prints look satisfactory. If you remember, did you adjust your photos before printing? Did the resulting printouts differ much from what you saw on screen? Thank you, and Happy New year to you!

I've been hearing that sometimes the paper quality isn't great. You could probably return for a refund.

Hi Erica, no you cannot switch cartridges midway through. You will ruin the remaining film.

Do you load the film when it is turned on or turned off? I had issues with mine, when i load it, the black cover doesnt come out, so it gets stuck and i lose the whole film. Maybe i have a defective unit. Thanks

Hi! My cousin had this issue, and she loaded hers with it off at first. Once she loaded it with the device on, it started to automatically print the black cover. If this doesn’t help, try charging the printer before doing anything and see if that helps.

Hello! All of my photos have turned out very blue, green tinged, all dark colours (like a dark colour on someone’s hair/ dog fur ) have turned out basically black. Any other colour besides greens, blacks and blues only show up. I put it in warm places so it’s not a “it’s to cold” issue and I tried two polaroid packs so I don’t think it’s that. I also messed around with the Contrast, brightness, saturation, still same thing. Is it just the printer ?

I’ve seen some viewers post here about the same issue. It was not a problem I experienced… So I don’t know if it is an issue with the machine, the paper, or the source image.

I think it's better. It takes top quality smartphone-captured photos and prints them. I didn't find these type of cameras take good photos

Gosh, it’s been quite a while since I reviewed the SP2. I believe they do use the same film, and if I recall correctly, the quality is quite similar.
