i love watching your videos not just because they are very informative but they usually have a reggae beat in the background. I'm from Barbados, living in Cleveland, and the reggae reminds me of home. This video is missing that beat...lol. Maybe you took a Caribbean vacation between 2019 and 2022...lol (that explains the change)

this was the reply from CandleScience regards to the ratio. Hi! While the manufacturers do not publicize the exact ratios of the wax, based on performance, we believe it to be a higher percentage of paraffin. I am in South Africa and trying to figure out the perfect wax to use. But thank you for you videos.

Hi Jeff, 2 questions about this wax. 1) In your opinion is the HT the same or better than the HT you get from IGI6006? and 2) Is this wax good for layering? I like to make rainbow candles. Was wondering if the glass adhesion (you said it had a good glass adhesion) was better than what I get Fromm 6006's adhesion. Thanks for taking the time to make these videos and answer our questions. :)

Can you advise which soy blend wax (I have to have soy in my candles due to customer demand and marketing that’s in place) has best or stronger scent throw than 464. Have tried KeraSoy and I don’t find scent throw good on that one either. Thank you very much. Sue from Down Under.

Candle was opaque when I poured it. Curious what these conditions do to a candle! Any recommendations & advice welcome. Thank you!

It depend on what kind of wax/blend you are using ideal temperature for mixing for most of wax are 180/185*F coz that when both wax and fragrance combine together properly ( coz the wax is hot enough to blend properly with fragrance) … and i would suggest uh to change the vendor of fragrance as your flashpoint is tooo low .. normally flashpoint of fragrance oils are 200F … best of luck for your experiment

The bottom layer of wax still remains the cream color. Has this happened to you?? First I thought the wick could be the cause, but it's not burning too hot. Any suggestions would be most appreciated! I'm really enjoying all your videos and all your knowledge you share with us!! I've been watching for a while and I had hoped eventually somewhere along the way my questions would get answered somewhere. I have 2 questions. Not really sure where to ask but i'm hoping here is ok? I've been researching a lot with little success in finding in depth information for the topics being talked about . 1) Since the weather is getting warmer, What type of wax would be good to use with wax melts without having to worry about it melting during shipping? Also I heard someone say in a video you need to have some kind of insurance to sell candles and I instantly got nervous about attempting to start a business. I definitely wouldn't want to get sued! Does that ever happen? and is that a necessary thing to have? I'm sorry if these topics were already covered and I just didn't see it and if so can I be pointed into the right direction for information i would greatly appreciate it!!!

This year I finally decided to dive into candle making and I’m trying to decide on a wax. I’ve tried JoyWax, beautiful to work with but I’m not completely sold on it as far as HT. I’m torn between a Coco Paraffin blend and The Comfort Blend. What’s important to me is quality (Appearance) and having a great Hot and Cold Throw. How are you feeling about this wax 1 year later?
