Hi PETA. Just want to wish you and your family a very special, healthy and prosperous MERRY CHRISTMAS, and HAPPY NEW YEARS!!!! I really miss your tutorials, I thought you would have had J.B's Christmas book. I have been waiting and watching for you. You are my number one person to follow you from the beginning since I got into adult coloring last year. You were my first experience in coloring and I love how you do your tutorials. Can't wait till you come back!!!

Peta this is just magnificent. I'm dying to start on this book as I got it some weeks ago and I'm so glad you suggested we go to Jasmine's site as this is one book I'd prefer to copy after seeing your work. In fact I did go to look it up when I got the book to see how people coloured it. This would be one of my favourite colourings by you👌

This is one of the videos I have been waiting for. This is the only other colouring book I have so I love seeing your take on it. I used your tutorial to colour the skin tones from the dagdrommar lady video.

Oh Peta, the way you colour just brings the concept to life, amazing! I saw many coloured pages from this book by others but they never failed to make me annoyed by those abnormally big heads and eyes. But the way you coloured them makes the girls come to the fore as a whole, the impact of those exaggerated features is diminished. And colouring all those skulls so realistically, wow, I'm struggling with colouring bone in a way that makes it close to real - the inert quality of it is so hard to achieve. Wonderful work, I loved it, thank you for sharing it with us.

Hello. I'm new to the coloring world. Where do you find these great coloring books. I haven't seen anything like that in my area. Is there an adult coloring book starter kit or something for newbies?
@nicolemarie0118 жыл бұрын
Amazon. They sell this book as well as many others she reviews on her channel. Just type in the search engine, adult coloring books, and there will be a huge selection to choose from.
@coloringwithparkinsons8 жыл бұрын
Thanks. I saw so many I liked. As a Parkinson's patient I use coloring as therapy. What's a good brand of color pencils to buy. I'd like to invest in a case or something with lots of different colors. I'm hoping to find something that I can afford. I'm very limited on income.
@nicolemarie0118 жыл бұрын
I use both Prismacolor Premier and Faber Castell Polychromos. Both of these brands are normally quite pricey, however; Amazon has recently had the Prismacolor very cheap. Currently the 24 ct set are only $12 and the 48 ct set are $28. Also if you have a bit more money to spend they are selling their 72 ct set for only $38, this is a steal! I have been purchasing these pencils for years (prior to adult coloring) and I can tell you I have rarely ever saw them this low in price. I am not sure if this fits into your budget or not, but if so, I would jump on them because this is a really good price. Prismacolor are very soft leads and easy on hands. If that is not an option I would recommend just getting some Crayola. Crayola are not bad pencils, they just are not as soft and pigmented as the Prismacolor or Polychromos, but they still work well for colored pencil work in coloring books. I don't have many other recommendations on cheaper pencils as I have normally only used the ones I have listed. Peta also has a video on different colored pencils and which ones to choose. If you look through her playlists you should be able to find it. I think she did the video about 4-5 months ago. :)
@coloringwithparkinsons8 жыл бұрын
I actually found the video. Thanks so much for the advice. I'm going to see if I can possibly get in on those deals. I haven't been able to work due to my Parkinson's, so I rely on my family. Coloring is very relaxing. Maybe I can ask a family member to help me out. Have a blessed day!

what is the point of filling the already sketched pictures with colors? i dont get this. u can at least use ur imagination n paint n hang it on the walls for decor. but these i dont get. now i do love sketching n m surprisingly much better than painting. but i womder it will look too amateurish if i use it for art n decor n stuff
@lo35518 жыл бұрын
Lilly Goq just because you don't like doing colouring in books or can't see why others enjoy it, I find it a little rude to have a go at people you don't agree with. I love my books and I love colouring in them and keeping them and I don't feel the need to make negative comments about people who feel differently. To each their own.

I can't draw a stick figure on my own, yet I am a published and televised artist in another medium and love coloring books because I am used to working in a medium that it is rare to do color blends (for the majority of the work anyway)
