Can you make custom drinks that are not on the machine? For example, the E8 is advertised as being able to “make truly authentic Italian espresso doppio” doing two separate grinds to make the drink. Can this be programmed on the z8?

What's the lag time for a latte between the Z8 and Z10? Z8 superior if you don't want cold drinks???

Hi David! Z10 is currently replacing Z8 in the Z-line. The two primary advantages of Z8 over Z10 is double thermoblock as well as aluminium casing on the front and top of the machine, which also adds to the price point. Since Z10 is a newer model, it’s operation indicators are approximated to Z10, meaning that the lag time is almost negligible. Hope that answers your question. Thank you 😁

Hi! Thank you for you question! The cup warmers are separate units and don't come with the machines.
