The R/A on the cruise control stands for Resume/Accel. It's for when the cruise control is set and engaged. And if you step on the brakes the cruise disengages also. So instead of having to go through the process of setting it again you just simply push the little switch in, and it will engage your cruise control again at the speed you had it set for. That same switch also accelerates your vehicle while the cruise control is engaged. For example if you had your cruise set at 55 and wanted to increase your speed without using the gas pedal, you would simply just push the switch and it will accelerate your car to where you want and keep it there so you don't have to go through the steps of setting it again. The button on the end of the stalk works the same way by lowering the speed so you don't have to step on the brakes and reset the cruise control. If you press and hold either the button to slow down or hit the switch to accelerate it will continue to speed up or slow down till you let go. If you give either switch a quick press then it will increase or decrease your speed by 1 mile per hour. If you press either switch consecutively like for example 5 quick presses then the cruise will accelerate or slow down by 5 miles per hour as each quick press equals 1 mph. Also I don't know if you know or if your vette is equipped with these other features. There is a little switch under the rearview mirror that turns on the map light built into the mirror. Also the rectangular lights next to the armrests can be turned on or off by pressing on them. And last thing is I don't know if this is only on the convertibles or not. But on the convertibles there is a switch to unlock the rear hatch on the door. It would be located by the latch when you have the door open.

2004 was the last year for pop up headlights. ‘05 was the C6. Nah, an ‘86 should do more than 124 mph. I believe they were rated at about 150 mph.

Well it ain't worth that now. It's worth like $15k now. But when we got it the car was in terrible shape. 147,000 originial miles, Wouldn't run, And paint was terrible. So we fully rebuilt it with new parts and repainted it. It was a 3 year process

We don't know exactly how fast it goes yet. We haven't floored it or top speed tested it yet. But we predict 160-180 mph it will top out at.
