Today I'm doing a recap on all the Air Trainer 1's i picked up in 2022!!
What an amazing year for Air Trainers we had last year to celebrate the 35th anniversary!!
Let take a deep dive and see if I still like all of them or if there were any regrets.

Love me some Air Trainer 1’s. Like you, the Enamel Green pair are the ones that drew me in to the sneakers. Since then I have 4 other color ways, including the Hazelnut. Swapped those brown laces for red. The leather is so soft. Keep up the great work !

I got the Travis grey haze for a steal because they priced my size the cheapest and Nike outlet had enamel greens for 20% of so I copped, the Travises have great detail and quality same for the enamel greens. They are so high quality and worth 100x their price.

Would you recommend these as every day sort of shoes if someone does a lot of walking? I live in a big city but I’ve got my eye on that white / blue pair and they just went on sale!

Yes for sure. I go gym in one of my air trainer 1’s and they are super comfortable. I would defo pick up the sale pair. They are actually the more premium pair.

@@lovekickscustom I’ve got and had almost all of them. Didn’t get the corrianders as that colour just don’t suit me. I’ve still got about 19 pairs of AT1 and AT3’s. I’m an old head so the love for these still there. Bought the RMX 1’s the other day for a steal.

Just got the Shima shima so comfy but the elastic strap that hold the tongue inside the shoe rubs on my pinkie toe any suggestions?

Ohhhhh nice nice. The colourway is gorgeous. I never had that issue. I can look it up for you. You might need to break it in or slightly cut the strap. I’ll check it up for you.

@@Jamoswalkathon so there are a couple of things you can do. 1) use a toe protector or toe caps 2) apply paper tape to your toe to reduce friction 3) get a shoe shield to expand the area 4) try and break in the sneaker so the area softens 5) last resort trim the elastic inside to get rid of the issue to the toe Try some of those buddy. Let me know what you end up doing

Orange laces to match the tongue swoosh might be dope. Navy blue laces might set it off or even some sail laces l. I think on these you have options for sure

I got the shima shima and it feels slightly small. Does it stretch over time?

It might do overtime, but i would try and get it sizes up or you can take out the insole. You might need go a half size up in the future
