*Works great. We have used it as a grill **MyBest.Kitchen** and a griddle Grease catcher could stand some improvement as some liquid usually gets on the counter top. Grills/griddles are easy to remove and insert.*

You can catch the cover and carry bag on Amazon. Mine is coming any minute now. I have yet to unbox my griddle and season it. Perfect camp/house addition.

....Interesting!...I'm curious. Can you cook with this inside the home as well as outside? Thanks for your answer in advance.✌🤓

@@LionofLight777 They don't recommend it. But with plenty of ventilation, I don't see why not. I use mine on the patio and camping mainly.

@@mossifett9071 ....Oh! That's fine...No problem,because.I'll be needing one to fry my burgers on while my hungry neighbors look on with the thirst,that will cause them to salivate and pant,even as lions,who do thirst after the blood of Gazelles!..😉🤫🤐

Happy birthday! Nice review. I'm debating between the 17 and 22inch, primarily for camping.
@HKOutdoors55614 жыл бұрын
Thanks! I have used mine primarily for camping. You would definitely have a little more room with the 22 inch, but it would also take up more space. I cooked smoked sausage, cabbage and potatoes all at once on the 17 inch and it was enough for 3-4 people.

I have both the 17 and 22. If you have the room and don't mind the bulk then get the 22. It has more surface area and two seperate burners giving you more flexibility and less time cooking large quantities and great to use at home also for gatherings. The 17 is definitely more portable and more manageable than the 22 through. It is capable of cooking a decent amount at a time but since it is only a single burner and has less surface area, you dont have the flexibility of the 22. So if you have to pack it in to your campground or have to pack it away each time you leave the campground you may take that into consideration. Think about what foods you will be cooking while camping and see if you really need the extra burner and space. Cut out the dimensions on a piece of cardboard or something to give you an idea like how many burgers and buns you can get on there at the same time, eggs, bacon, etc with room so the grease doesn't flow over and soak into your buns or something. Also if you can find both sizes at a store near you, then lift each one to get an idea of the weight between them. For camping you will probably be happy with the 17 but at home you will probably wish you had the 22.

Cooking multiple food ...is there a safe spot while other food cooks or will it burn it due to only one burner ? Debate for 2nd burner to keep other food warm while the rest cooks . Can it happen on this with the h set up?
@HKOutdoors55614 жыл бұрын
I did not have any problems with the food burning with the H burner.

The middle is the hottest and the outer edges are less hot. You learn to adapt. I have both the 17 and the 22 and if you have the room and portability and weight isn't an issue for you, then definitely get the 22. More versatility in cooking with the extra space and seperate burner controls especially if you have a family or like to entertain.

Does any adapter brand name to covert to a 20 lb propane tank work? Or does it have to be a black stone one?
@HKOutdoors55614 жыл бұрын
This is a universal connection. Nothing specific to the Blackstone brand. Follow the link and any hose like this one will work. www.homedepot.com/p/GASONE-4-ft-1-lb-to-20-lbs-Propane-Adapter-Hose-Converter-50140/310727263?mtc=Shopping-B-F_Brand-G-Multi-NA-Multi-NA-Feed-PLA-NA-NA-Catchall_PLA&cm_mmc=Shopping-B-F_Brand-G-Multi-NA-Multi-NA-Feed-PLA-NA-NA-Catchall_PLA-71700000014585962-58700001236285396-92700010802552433&gclid=CjwKCAjwrcH3BRApEiwAxjdPTc7VtJPZRyjYgt-kQ5vMiOlD1bjzfHh5Y8X-2pY48rwUp7ZUb5KtfhoCOTgQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

It's a standard adapter and not Blackstone specific.

You actually need to move the dial to high setting for a few seconds and then try to lite it.

Can you use in the kitchen or do you have to be outside?
@HKOutdoors55613 жыл бұрын
I would not recommend using this indoors. Plus food always tastes better when cooked outdoors! Blackstone does make an E-Series griddle which is electric and can be used indoors or outdoors.
