Did you not get the pontoons that are on the front of the vest? I got this vest a while ago and I've been using it as my main vest as a security officer and i haven't had any issues with the vest riding up, overall I've only had an enjoyable experience with this vest and it's a shame to see you don't like it but it is what it is

ROC buckles are not as good as other quick release systems. Try swapping them out with first spear tubes or duraflex tactik buckles
