Got the FuelX Lite for my BS4 390 after your recommendation. I am really pleased with its performance. The bike can be rode like a 200CC bike under 50kmph now. Before the mod, it was so annoying to ride this bike slowly. The engine feels are so much smoother and crispier. The clutchless upshifts are also so smooth in lower RPM. Engine is also running cooler. Changes in FE. I used to get 35-40 kmpl if I rode under 4000 RPM before the mod but the bike felt so sluggish and hot and I never used to run like that, did that once to compare before and after FE diff. Now the bike rides smoothly under 4000RPM but the FE understandably reduced to 30-35 kmpl. Under normal riding conditions, I noticed that there is a tiny bit of improvement in the FE, mostly due to lesses gear shifts. This is how the bike should have been from the factory. I would recommend this to anyone with a 390 especially if you ride in city.

@FernmeisterTV Жыл бұрын
@sathvikpurushotham for me also it shows 30 to 35kmpl on speedo, but in reality it gives 22.5 to 24. So must be the same thing for him

That means ur bike is showing u a more accurate mileage on speedo as compared to reality. for me it's basically a joke😂, shows 30 to 33 and gives 22 to 23 reality.

I installed the Fuel X lite on my stock 2014 Duke 390 in December 2022 and man I love the bike now. It's my daily machine and I take it to work everyday which involves 40kms of riding each day including both highway and city roads. The power band is soo usable now and the bike feels a lot smoother in the low rpms the jerkiness is a lot less now and the heat too is very manageable now. I would feel really irritated from the heat before and now that's not the case. The bike can handle low speeds at high gears very well without any knocking and the jerky nature of the 390 which is uncomfortable in traffic is almost eliminated. Like you said I did feel the bike now pulls a lot better post 3k rpm. Over all it's worth investing in the Fuel X lite if you own a BS3 Duke 390 By the way man love that exhaust setup and how the bike looks!! I'm thinking about getting a BS4 exhaust setup for my bike soon. I even have the NS 200 ABS front disk installed on my bike which has a noticeable improvement in braking. Another mod that makes a difference is installing the BS6 Dominar 400 mono shock which I've done on my bike. By the way can you please share the link for that graphics decal kit??
@FernmeisterTV Жыл бұрын
Yeah, fuelX lite is pretty good and totally worth it, if your thinking about the exhaust setup, it's one of the best sounds you'll hear on a single cylinder with very good bass depending on the muffler you install, and if you have a DB killer the bike sounds like a stock BS4 390 incase you have trouble with cops around your location. Thanks bro, Graphics kit I got from abroad through my relative though. Also to improve braking get the Versah Cermaic Brake pads, huge difference in braking performance I've felt after installing those bikesterglobal.com/shop/product/vesrah-ceramic-brake-pads-for-ktm-duke-250-ktm-rc-250/

Hey Chetan Bro can you please elaborate the difference after switching the rear mono shock from the Domi 400 BS6 version... I mean is it much more comfortable or is it harder hence easier to handle during cornering on the hills and highways... Has it made handling of the bike stable at higher speed which is the negative of our old BS3 Dukes... Thanks again for the info has anyone tried the Powertronics ECU along with this FuelX lite has that made any substantial difference in the reducing the initial vibrations and city tractablity...

Fuel x lite is better than fuel x pro where fuel x pro the maps are in your hand you need to choose it intelligently then it will benifits where the fuel x lite 1 map completely autotune by own thats the besy point
@amiresfandiari2470 Жыл бұрын
no man fuel x lite do auto tune to 13.6 air fuel ratio in close loop ,,,, fuel x pro you have 10 maps from map 1-14.6 up to 10-12.2 and fuel x lite is the same setting off fuel x pro map 6 ,,,, and map 7 and 8 are the best for power

Mate, how is this holding up, how has it transformed the bike? What's your top speed after fuel x install? Current status quo of the setup, your happiness quotient and how reliable it is thus far, please..
@FernmeisterTV10 ай бұрын
Holding up very well, currently completed total of 14000kms over a period of exactly 2 years with this exact same setup, haven't had any problems as of now, no smoke, no oil leaks, no power drop, no heating issues, no coolant issues, etc. I'm very happy and the bike is currently very reliable. Stock top speed was 178-179, after exhaust it went down to 168-172 due to back pressure issue, after fuelx lite back to 178-179 top speed hitting the limiter as u must have seen in my top speed video
