Hi for people moving back to India (more than 3 years prior to maturity of plan) will the maturity amount be taxable in India. If yes, is the entire amount taxable, Or only the capital gains? What tax rate? Also if converted to policy in India will the return continue at only 4 to 5% CAGR in Rupees?

Product is not taxable in India as per LIC international claims . When it is transferred to India it gets converted to Indian rupees.
