For peddle sliding a quick fix is Velcro a 1x1 with 4 tacks through the bottom to the forward bottom of the peddle unit, you might want to do the same on the bottom of the unit as well.

Hey RD, thanks for this follow up. I have the Logitech G29 and I actually had to download drive control mod to get one pedal to work as forward/reverse in fs15. Logitech changed their software suite and now the pedals are one axis,lol Agreed, Logitech mount and case is plastic and it falls in my lap all the time....woo that heavy wheel hurts in those male target zones,lol. I am buying the Saitek set up as soon as I am done writing you this loooooong story. Thanks again!!

How well would the joystick work as a gear shifter? This setup looks like it would be great for Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. I would love to buy it for those games in addition to FS2015.

+Randall Woody Probably about all it would do is shift up and down a gear. I have used it for both Euro and American Truck Simulator and it works perfectly fine for both games.

RDAllen That would work for me. I already use a sequential shift method with my Xbox 360 controller. The shifter isn't really even the most important part. It's all the buttons and switches on the side panel that I really want. Thanks for the info!
