I came to this exact spot to journal and share how excited I was to be starting my journey in life.
Last night I took time to reflect over the past 4 years. It’s truly amazing how you can change your life in such a small amount of time.
My take aways:
1. Go after your dream because even if it doesn’t workout like you thought it would, it will bring your right where you’re suppose to be.
2. Believe in yourself. Nobody is going to believe in you as much as you will, know that good things will happen.
3. Change is inevitable. Change is going to happen so you can either accept it and keep moving forward or not.
Please bet on yourself and go after your dreams because your life can be better than you ever thought it could be if you do 💯

@@yamsuf27 Good luck! It was unusual to answer with little feedback and took me a few questions to truly feel confident in my answers. Unfortunately didn't pass it but it definitely helped to have answers prepped beforehand.

İ had gallup interview. There were around 75 questions and lasted 75 mins for me. Some of them were yes no, some of them scaling from 1 to 5 and the rest is about giving examples of behavioral questions. You need to be prepared. Even i was, i get really excited and could not remember the best examples and give poor ones. Anyway, thank you for the video and tips and good luck everyone. İ wish they perform the interview over video platform instead of phone call.

I have my Gallup test this afternoon! I was originally applying for a more entry level position with Stryker with the intention of moving into sales. When the HR manager contacted me , she said she was gonna have me take a Gallup and didn’t mention the original position. Does this mean they are testing me to go straight to sales?

Hi Jacob, thanks for this great vid! Just a quesiton here, do we need to give example for every single questions or just the bahavioral and competency based questions? How about those yes/no questions or score based questions?

Jacob, is it OK to answer with personal sports experiences for some questions? Or, are they looking for work related answers only?

Personal is great! They tell you that your answers can come from personal or business achievements. I just retook it and completed it within 25 minutes

Probably 20 to 50, it’s going to vary but they normally say it takes anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. Mine only took around 30 minutes

Appreciate the info man! Any advice for a non-athlete, non-b2b experienced person taking this test? Im extremely motivated to get an ASR role with a fortune 100 Med/Surg device company. Got through HR and have a 1 on 1 with the Regional soon. So there is hope of getting to the Gallop stage at this point. I habe connections that have helped get me in, but I will need to really impress from this point on.

Just use your own experiences and how they will relate to the job and why you will be successful, the Gallup is just making sure you have the right traits
