It helps to brighten the skin. When Ferulic acid is combined with vitamin C it helps prevent hyperpigmentation. Funny you should ask about hyperpigmentation because my next review will be The Ordinary’s Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA which helps with hyperpigmentation and fading dark marks and blemishes, etc.
