Im using the 11kw Sofar here in Norway, and im very happy. 400v system with 29 Swiss solar 400w panels. No down time, no issues for 1,5 years. Solarman is ok.

Thanks for your presentation, sir, Sofar has good value for money indeed and regarding the voltage adjustment, as far as we know, the installer can contact with Sofar Distributor or Sofar HQ service staff to make the adjustment, currently such adjustment is not open to the installer yet, considering installer might do the improper adjustment to cause anything to the inverter and hence unpleasant experience to the end clients.

We installed a Sofar 10 kw 3 phase inverter about 6 months ago here in Thailand. We bought it from the official Thailand supplier, not import ourselves. We then asked our supplier that we needed to adjust the volt range. They said its not possible. For the future, tell me who we can talk to if we need volt range expansion and I will contact them on the next install. If you represent Sofar, please distribute this policy to your suppliers.
