I love the size of this watch. Many of us with wrist sizes at 8” can enjoy a watch that doesn’t look like we are wearing our kids watch. 40mm watch’s just look silly on my wrist. I have this one and the one in black, both are amazing watches. Thanks for the review.

This watch wears smaller than 44mm . The lug to lug is perfect for my 7 inch wrist. Amazing watch to see in person. I didn’t want to wait for a Daytona

Yes, with lug to lug under 50mm, it wears about the same size as a 40-42mm watch.

Your remark about the clasp on the Original Omega Seamaster is spot on. Back then the Rolex clasps were still tinny and cheapy looking and feeling. The only thing the Original Seamaster clasp lacked back in the day, was micro-adjustment.

What I like about this watch aside from its simple sporty appearance is the ACCURACY. I never had a watch as accurate as the movement of this piece. +1/-0 second a day

Checked one out in person the other day and WOW this thing looks absolutely outstanding in person! Pictures and video do not do it justice! (But great video! I dont intend to take away from your videography, only to compliment the watch :-)) I find that to be the case with many Omegas, but especially this beauty.

Nice review, really shows the beauty of this watch. I've tried it on bracelet at the Omega boutique and on black crock leather. Stunning in real life. Wears smaller on leather.

I agree. I have a Daytona 116500LN and it’s too small, this Omega looks like it’s a perfect size. Beautiful piece.

Just bought one. I will be taking it back to the omega shop in Chadstone, Australia where I bought it for A$15000. It is gaining 7 secs per day. The spec says max 2 secs. Also the second hand on the chrono is not centred correctly. It will be interesting to see how they respond. I will let you all know. For $15k you should expect a perfect watch. Right? If I get a good response, or if it me, I will let you know.

I think 44mm is slightly too big. If they can bring it down to 40mm it is a killer. The looks are better than Daytona.

Very simple for what 😦 suppose to be a complicated piece. Don't like the dial that much.
