Small addendum for anyone interested: the piece is also known as Romance Anònimo or Spanish Romance (and many more names) and it seems that the exact title is as elusive as the original composer (not Narcisco Yepes) who must have created the composition sometime in the late 19th century.

whenever i see that lacquer on a guitar, i just know it is a BAD design... however much it costs

@@lowkiasoon the lacquer affects the sound. i have played and owned guitars by the dozen, and seen hundreds, i think. the lacquer forms a sound filter and, even if it doesnt dampen the surface of the guitar from vibrating (which it does, mechanically), it dampens the sound wave and so it mutes the sound. put a thick layer of lacquer on a surface and detach it. then, have sound on the other side and try to hear through it. it is THAT bad. it is best to finish guitars with oils or just sand them and finish them matte/open pore or satinate them. best is to touch them the least. especially the top. plus, some lacquers actually damage the wood. and it feels like plastic to me, too...
