I play acoustic steel strings guitars went to music for little time and played some classical on acoustic guitars bought ramirez 135th anniversary recently just love it like nothing else still love acoustic this the sound I've been missing I'm 67

Hi Goran, I also bought this fabulous guitar, I wanted to ask you for advice, I read on the Ramirez website that this guitar mounts on high voltage Ramirez with carbon G, I'm noticing that on my guitar of the time that I bought in the shop, it doesn't it has a carbon G it seems to me thicker perhaps in nylon, since this guitar has a beautiful sound I would not like to assemble the wrong strings also because I like the guitar I have with the strings that I have assembled on how I received it, which I am not sure strings it has on, I'm afraid that if I change the strings it will lose the beautiful sound or is it my impression, are you saying that if I put on the ramirez with nylon G on this guitar, can they go well anyway? grazie 1000 Goran

Great guitar demonstration. I am trying to move to the next level in my guitar journey and get a performance level guitar. I am stuck between buying two guitars The Yamaha GC42 and the Ramirez "Guitarra del Tiempo". Which one do you think I should get?

those two guitars sound very different to me. Yamaha being louder with much more of lower register and Ramirez has closer tighter mid and high end range across the strings. both decent choices thou just depends what kind of sound you prefer :)

Spanish cedar neck with no reinforcement is risky. The guitar sounds very good though. At Thoman guitar, this guitar has exactly the same price as Asturias Standard model. Asturias has mahogany neck and concert level guitar. I have got one for over 30 years and the neck is still dead straight. I also had Raimundo guitar with spanish cedar neck that bent in 8 months.

No, cheap Alhambra guitars do not come close in volume, responsiveness and balance as the guitar in this vid. @@filiricaninseattle7095

I wanted to buy that guitar. I didn't pull the trigger because the guitar is not built in Ramirez workshop. The construction of the guitar is outsourced to other guitar factories in Spain. Ramirez workshop only does final inspections for the guitar.

Not sure what you expect? The value of this guitar is incredible. The only difference between this guitar, and a very expensive guitar, is the age and grade of tonewoods, and perhaps some specific voicing (very fine tuning that takes days to suit the specific soundboard). Even the grade of wood does not tell about the quality: lesser grade wood can sound better than prime tone wood if the guitar is better voiced. I have heard many guitars with laminate sides or backs that sound better and sweeter and more complex than expensive all-solid wood guitars. It's about skill, and design, ingenuity. This design is by the Ramirez family. With any luck, you can get a very fine instrument that is more than adequate for 95% of players and repertoire. In 10-15 years it sounds even better, compensating for the price which you must shelve straight away if you want an immediately-ready concert-level guitar.

I've heard that ramirez guitars have high action and due to the construction you can not adjust the saddle. It's the case with the del tiempo? How high is the action? I'm thinking buy this guitar but I'm afraid of this detail. Thank you so much!

Hello , yes , thé cords are high and you must down them ......After the game become easyer and thé sound IS fantastic....I have the 130 anniversary and thé problème was thé same......so good job.....ciao....of France .

@@GoranIvanovic I guess only string goes better with Jose Ramirez guitars is Jose Ramirez strings because I have a Tiempo and ej45 is terrible on it. Savarez strings were not bad but I will try Jose Ramirez. Thank you.
