9:34 I think she does have a bicep swivel , I just got mine today & thought I’d give this video another watch , ha . She has these little feathers on her arms that are meant to point outward & away . The feather on her left arm was pointed more inward more towards her chest & I was able to turn it back into place … unless mine is broken & it’s not supposed to do that , lol . I did not test the other arm . 🤔🤔🤔
