It’s been several years since I used a glue gun. They can get expensive to use because the sticks melt so fast. My daughter bought one that used the larger sticks like you showed and it was much better.

Honestly until I opened this box I had never seen glue sticks that large. I had always seen bags from Michael's with a slew of the smaller ones. I haven't priced out the bigger ones yet, but so far this powered glue gun has been a big upgrade. Thanks for watching Rita! 🛠️

Any update on this tool? I see a lot of reviews for this tool on Harbor Freight's website complaining that the glue leaks into the trigger mechanism rendering the tool inoperable after a while.

I haven't had that issue and it's been great for all sorts of uses. If you watch toward the end of the video I recommend how to get rid of excess glue before storing which I think has helped from it getting gummed up. Thanks for watching! 🛠️
