I have one of these feeders in the yellow cottage color. Love the feeder it works perfectly except....I cannot get the top separated from the bottom. I want to clean it good but I cannot get the two pieces apart for the life of me!!!!! I've tried doing it exactly as you show, any more suggestions, I'm an older lady. PS...PS....I worked and worked at it and finally got it apart. You have to really hold it down so the little "pieces" will work their way loose. It really wasn't hardly dirty at all on the inside it's just the bottom "plate" portion that is dirty. Thanks for video!
