I’m loving your channel! I just finished the age of resistance and while I’m sad it was canceled (hopefully another distributor picks it up) I’m glad it exists. I’m back into dark crystal and fantasy in general so much lately, gonna pick this up and play with friends if I can!

Quick question... I've been searching for rpg's to play, namely solo ones. Could this be played without a DM? Also, even if your answer is negative (or you wouldn't advise it or something), I do kinda want to delve into this world of the Dark Crystal again. I was one year old when the movie came out and the first time I saw it was something like 11-12 years old? I thought it was such a weird movie. Yet, growing older it often passed my mind as I saw glimpses of it on the internet sometimes. Now that I'm older, this world doesn't look as weird anymore, in fact it looks rather interesting. It's not Harry Potter nor Lord of the Rings, but it is totally unique in that there are no humans in it. It's a REAL fantasy world. So yeah, searching for a new hobby away from the computer and rpg's seem nice. And this world in particular! So... glad I found your channel. :) And thanks for uploading!!

Greetings from Spain, it is so nice to have found your youtube channel. I love Dark crystal since I was gelfling-size, and recently I bought this book that is really awesome. But I am so lost in order to get ready a game for my friends, I need more and more knowledge and your channel it clearly a good place to start (and improving my English would be a strong point too... I know... hehe) I have like a tone of questions, like where are the seeds (it is suppouse for the game master to choose a place?), and I was hopping the book would have more Thra info, now I discovered "Songs of the seven gelfling clans" that would be a nice complement to the game book. I wish more content was in Spanish but I will do my best. Thank you for your channel. PD: I really dont know why netflix cancelled the series... :(

I ...am having issues with the Beneath the crystal series books wise. Tried to Ebook it. The covers confuse me because the volumes 1-3 are a bundle ...so do I just start with the 4th volume and just get four to twelve? The covers seems different though? Edit: the covers for 1-3

Beneath the Dark Crystal is a 12 part comic book series, it was the sequel to The Power of the Dark Crystal. Did you already read that one? Both of those were put, eventually, into 3 3-part volumes, each containing 4 comics (3x4=12). The volumes will display some variant covers so don't go by that but by what issue it says it is.

W00t! Thanks for teh links, last I checked it was only available in pdf from their website for $40, yikes. However, it is interesting that the book is technically larp-sized. Hmmmmmmmm..... Tho tbh, I heard mixed reviews about the Labyrinth game using this system, so I've been hesitant to get this one. A year ago I wanted to stream a Dark Crystal game for my bday, so I just used another system with all muh lore.
