Same pinchato Anu.Njan eppazhum orkkarundu, same aanallonnu.Its better to keep remaining yeast in freezer.One small jar I keep in fridge, which is for regular use.And kasuri methi , if you kind of powder (coarse also is fine) and keep in jar, it will last for many months, outside.Cheese, I do the same too.
