Hi, The mesh goes on first then the circular tube on top of it. The cappings sits within the tube.

Who sells this? I was looking at a uncapper spinning combo. but this would save a step. Im in north Carolina and looking to nove up tp 500 hives.

Can you place frames inside to melt the wax of the frames?

Yes, but I would cut it out. Would work better due to the shape of the melter
