You should put your young adults, before they are being sent away into a different household, into careers. At least some of them and then you would see them around the world in their jobs when youre at different places like a cafe as a barista or at the hospital as a doctor/ nurse❤

One tip is to make sure you redeem any of your young adult children's whim points in the rewards store for potions before moving them out- I like the "fix all needs" one! I stock up on those and use them when the mom is close to passing out. Also, check their inventories for anything you can sell too.

For names, I'd love to see Kobe and Jordan if it's twins. They're my nephews. If there is a girl, Gabrielle (Gabriel if there is a boy) after my chatty bird. Compassion can be levelled with the doctor toy or through volunteer work. You can do Conflict Resolution by "teaching to say sorry". It's one of the options under Parenting. I recommend starting conflict resolution when the child's a toddler and you can do mass-volunteer work for all the children through the phone. Gets them all off the lot on the weekend and can be chained if their needs are good. I'd also pay attention to the pop-ups that affect personal values. The easiest ones to keep high are Emotional Control and Responsibility.
