Yea, the biggest question mark for our team is definitely our offense, I didn’t like the idea of getting Luke Getsy, I wanted Kliff kingsbury, but it is what it is. We just straight up haven’t had a good offensive play caller since Gruden, people can say what they want about his drafting, but Carr threw for 4000+ yards every year with him as our head coach. And didn’t matter who was in our cast of receivers either, Agholor had a career year with us, got him paid to the patriots, even zay jones looked nice for us in the tail end of 2021, Waller was arguably the best tight end, Renfrow obviously had that 1000 yard season(yea gruden was out by then but it was still the same system at that point). All that momentum and Mcdanials somehow blew it up while adding an actual superstar receiver in Davantae, give gruden that 2022 offense…….. it’s over

Maybe analytics say different going for more yards instead of playing it safe on that side of the field or this is why fields is no longer a bear but the play work

Getsy has already said you tweaked the system and adapt to the players around you. He has way better offensive players with the Raiders than he did with the Bears and he did a pretty good job when he was the wide receiver coordinator for the Packers Devante and Aaron Rodgers both both had their best seasons in the NFL. I believe he’s a smart man and won’t call these kind of plays with the quarterbacks we have with the Raiders

Getsy does have some creativity, but he is very arrogant given he's only watched, not coached, bit watched Aaron Roger. After Justin's first 4 games of Getsy calling Aaron Roger's plays in the 2022 season. When he adjusted for Justin, the offense took off. They lost games because the defense gave up 28 points per game. This past year, getsy was stubborn. I think he can be a decent OC once he's humbled
