My wife and I have had two Xmas dinners already from JDW. I think they are a good value meal. In fact we took some turkey back home in a box as it was too much for us oldies. No roast spuds, yes but you have to draw the line somewhere to keep the costs reasonable.

I usually have a Spoonz xmas dinner at some point in December, and won't change this year (I think its ok for what you pay)....Had the festive buttermilk Chicken burger in Brighouse on Tuesday and quite liked that, the stuffing as you say is great!.....Cheers Deano 👍👍

Wetherspoons do a good pizza and burger, they should just stick with the festive version of those and discontinue the roast. The problem is, they stopped doing roasts on Sundays and it seems to have left them unable to make a full Christmas dinner eg roast potatoes!

That was an OK Christmas dinner you had, Deano with only a small niggle that the carrots had not been topped and peeled and no roasts. And the price was decent too. Obviously not fine dining but still decent nonetheless.

My local Spoons isnt great for food , but ive been in loads from Bath to Inverness and you get what you pay for i think , a meal and most pints for around 12 quid , cant really complain , a decent buger and a coke in Burger King can hit a tenner these days

Take some footage of Wetherspoons carpet please? Apparently no 2 carpets are the same and if you look, they are all beautiful carpets. Also the toilets! Wetherspoons have very posh toilets. Theres a FOUNTAIN in my local ladies loo! Wetherspoons Earnest Willows in cardiff. Im always noticing carpets and loos in Wetherspoons. Thank you! Great video except you got your knife and fork in the wrong hands and you lay your cutlery down when you finished all wrong, too. knife and fork should both be at 6 o'clock. Or maybe it's a Halifax custom?

we had there xmas dinner this year very poor i am sorry to say but in the pass they done done a better job. and also we would of like the gravy on the side. and not already pour over you could not see the dinner we had due to the amount of gravy out of 10 i give it 4.i do hope next year they do a better job

Deano, that looked ok for a spoons Christmas dinner, but if I served my family that meal on Christmas day, they would not be impressed, not enough vegetables Meat looked too uniform for a sliced roast bird and the whole thing looked a bit too processed for my liking. as I say good for a pub but crap for a dinner for the family love your work though maggie

Yuk!... 🤢 Why is it that those of us that really hate Cranberry Sauce... Have it rammed down our throats every Christmas?... There's no logical reason for the Pork, Sage & Onion Stuffing Balls to be made with Cranberry Sauce... Or indeed with Apricot Sauce inside of them either... All the Christmas food available in supermarkets at this time of year... Are usually stuffed full of Cranberry Sauce... Would it have been that hard for Wetherspoons to just make customers some normal Sage & Onion Stuffing Balls... Then if those that want to add Cranberry Sauce to them... Or to add it with anything else on their plate... Then they have a Ramekin full of the stuff to do with as they like... But don't just put Cranberry Sauce into everything and expect everyone to love it... As i don't like mixing sweet with savoury... Also my friend... Where were the Roast Potatoes and Yorkshire Puddings?... Unfortunately the Mashed Potato looked pretty dry to me too Deano... So you won't be at all surprised to hear that i wouldn't dream of ever having this Wetherspoons Christmas Dinner my friend... 😂 But i still appreciate the review though pal...
