कंपनी ने जिस दिन इस खिलौने की बैटरी बनानी/बेचनी बंद कर दी उस दिन क्या करोगे 😄 Indian EV market is not enough mature right now. Neither government is taking issues seriously. There must be some standardization & intercompatibility for Software and electrical hardware. So that no customer feels cheated.

I am from Chtrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) Maharashtra. Same problem was faced by me, I gave my Iqube at Sky TVS at Aurangabad,(service center) on 13/1/2024 and after vehicle check up they informed me that there is problem with battery and they mailed the battery issue to the company and taken TVS approval for battery change. As per them they changed the battery. This total process took only 5 day's and today on 18-1-2024 they delivered me my Iqube back, but they didn't gave me any bill or any document for new battery replacement. But now no error is showing. Also , the service center has charged me Rs.600/- towards battery replacement labour charge. Have they taken anything from you towards battey replacement labour charge.?
