Almost the same happened with me. I deliberately rode the scooter to bring it to 0% to check the charging time from 0-100%; however, it took 8 hours for the full charge & unfortunately the next day the charger stopped charging ( on switching on the charger, the Green LED blinks for 5 seconds & becomes static). Later, on visiting the TVS Service realized its Charging Control Unit burn & needs replacement under warranty. I'm not sure whether my misadventure to discharge the iQube to 0% caused this problem.

Battery must have got very hot, when it drained upto 0 and then immediate charging must have caused this.

@dipen.nisar.autovlogs I strongly guess. Because that was the first time I drained the battery to 0% & put to charge immediately; however, the immidiate charge had NO problem. But the next day charge caused the Control Unit to fail.

Scooter battery wont heat if the charger is so slow. when I say reset the charger, do it 3-4 times with an interval of 5-10 mins. if it still does not work, get it replaced.

Same issue with me yesterday. TVs replaced the same kit in one day and delivered the bike. My issue was my charging has completely stopped. They charged me a labour cost of rs 236./-. But overall I was satisfied with the service.

Good video, facing the same issue on my iQube, however the charger I have currently is the one you got as a replacement...so assuming mine is SmartX charger which has got 1 year warranty(my iQube is under 1 year old), so will visit the service center and talk to them about replacement.

Don't you feel this charging port might get damaged pretty soon because of the pressure we have to apply to get the port locked in place properly ? the old charger had the turning system which was way easy and very less pressure needed to slot in place. this is what i felt when i shifted from the old port to the new one. ps: i am the one who had posted the post about the charger change on old iqube on facebook 🙃. it takes around 4.5 hours for me.
