He broke the exclusivity clause in the partnership ToS. He was not suppose to upload Twitch streams for 24 hours after the stream VOD was made. Phil was uploading the VODs to KZbin right after streams, and deleting the VOD from Twitch. He was not suppose to do that and they eventually caught on. It took them a long time to notice unless someone tipped them off. If he was in trouble for doxxing he would have been banned indefinitely, not just his partnership revoked.

Twitch did give him a reason, it’s because he kept breaking the posting the VODs of his stream immediately to KZbin before the 24 hour embargo was up. It is required by all Twitch Partners that the VOD of the stream is exclusive to Twitch for 24 hours before you can go post it elsewhere.

Ok so I briefly watched DSP for the first time and honestly? I have no idea why this guy was ever popular to begin with. Hes about as exciting as wet cardboard, talks in a Monotone voice, hes not funny, not interesting, not entertaining. Hes plain as Vanilla. DSP was lucky to last 6 months let alone 10 years.

They didn’t give him a reason why bcuz it was still under investigation. That’s why he wasn’t banned. But in reality he violated so many terms that they did him a favor by not perma banning him months ago. He’s toxic and brings that toxicity with him wherever he goes.
