Hi, what did Rev Ike say about giving regularly to blind or deaf people, or anyone who cannot provide for themselves?

@@la381 I haven't come across any teaching where he specifically mentions giving to those who cannot provide for themselves, due to blindness or other disability. But from what I can tell (and heard about from others) Rev. Ike personally gave to those in need. He was a big proponent of the idea of "pull yourself up by the bootstraps," but understood that not everyone had the proverbial "boots" to do so. So, if someone genuinely could not work or help to support themselves in anyway, then the community, or individuals who can, should step up and help.

Well Rev. Ike talks about Jesus and the Power of the Lord God in us. So keep listening to your Islam teacher. Rev. Ike isn't the only preacher who speaks about The Lord God and the power in us, there are others as well (Rev. Ike just does it the best) Rev ike tells you, you better be focused on Jesus. He teaches the Holy Bible and what Jesus preaches, there is no denying that. Jesus Christ is the only way to get to the Father. Period. I hate how people always try to discredit or downplay Christ. Rev. Ike was a Christian man. He loved Jesus

I was a do gooder. I helped a friend pay for her daughter’s school uniforms. Said she didn’t have money and was sobbing about it. I come to find out she had just purchased a pure bred dog. During the pandemic, I helped someone with their paperwork for unemployment. She didn’t do her part and didn’t furnish her W2. She blamed it on me.

How long does it take to condition your mind?

It depends on the person. Think of it like exercising to build up muscles. For most people, they have to workout for a while before they can see results; other people may not have to workout so long because they were already somewhat fit. The key to conditioning your mind is consistency. Say your affirmations at the same time every day, and practice your visualizations every day. Do the mind-work and everything will eventually fall into place. We hope this helps! 💜
