I completely forgot to mention Hamza Pasha and Haider Suleiman. Both are really awesome dudes! Also need to mention Mustafa Kamran who as a young man showed really really good talent on the track!

heyy, is it okay to break just a little before the first turn of the double hairpin and at mitti chowk? XD I tried no braking and just stepping off the gas for a sec but that just doesn't seem to work for me (getting slower lap times when I do that, car just drifts away and all that). Would be thankful if you could share your opinion on this.

same here! I would slide I just couldn't do it smoothly without braking. what time did u get without braking?
@CaptainAwesomeness3 жыл бұрын
Yeah it's fine to brake in those areas, but you want to brake before you enter those particular turns. You don't have to brake too hard, but just enough to help you rotate and point the nose of the kart in the right place. I don't use the brakes in those spots using the RX-8 karts but I'll admit, it's probably not a doable maneuver for everyone. I suggest going with braking in those zones until you feel confident and comfortable enough to go through them without hitting the brakes. I will end by saying that you're most likely getting off the throttle too late and therefore ending up at the apex too fast. It does take some time to master.

@Captain Awesomeness Thanks a lot! I lift off after the second tire on the first hairpin like u said in ur other videos but i still end up going too wide once I've hit the apex so yeah not mastered it yet! Also do you know what kart number is the fastest kart?
@CaptainAwesomeness3 жыл бұрын
I have no idea which kart is the fastest anymore. I left Pakistan in August 2021 and I am quite sure things have changed a lot since then.

@Captain Awesomeness Ah okay thanks for the help I guess it's gonna take a lot of practice to do the hairpin lifting off only because I always go too wide after I've hit the apex although I am lifting off after that second tire like you said.
