Mga similar circumstances.. kung baga "may hawig" sa mga na enumerate na circumstances.. like stealing food dahil sa matinding kahirapan "may hawig" sa incomplete state of necessity dahil sa matinding pangangailangan..

Or nagnakaw ka pero binalik mo ung ninakaw mo.. syempre consummated na un at criminally liable ka, ung pagsasauli mo ng gamit mitigating lang un, "may hawig" sa voluntary surrender
