Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Ive learned a lot. I think much better if the matter shall explain in tagalog para maintindihan mabuti ng ating kababayan na mejo hindi marunong sa english. Para magka interes makinig ang karamihan ntin kababayan at mas lalo maintindihan ng mga tao. Im sure dadami ang magcomment at viewer nyo atty. Thank you

10:24 tanong lang po atty. Bakit po homicide? Hindi ba murder at frustrader murder kasi pinag planohan nya yung pag patay at may deliberate intent sya? Yung sa bystander matik na homicide salamat po agad sa sagot

Evident premeditation? Isa kasi sa element is: sufficient lapse of time.. so in the absence of fact apply the doctrine of pro reo. Anyway, it is how you argue. And so far you are on the right track.

I think po kaya hindi siya murder kasi hindi nafulfill ni pedro yung elements that will constitute to the crime of murder. Kaya homicide lang po siya.

Ano po ba ibig sabihin ng who is a principal? Diba yung person physically committs the crim. Ano po ba ibig sabihin ng WHAT IS A PRINCIPAL
