How do we get the 3/4 votes from the Congress, is it by joint voting or via separate voting from the Upper and Lower House? Thanks!

The Constitution does not mention whether the bicameral legislature will sit in joint session or in separate session, or whether the legislature will vote jointly or separately. However, there seems to be a consensus that the provision should be understood as referringg to 3/4 of the Senate and 3/4 of the House of Representatives.
