I recently broke out my old HP cards and read through the rules - super excited ya'll tried it out and fun to watch. I find the game to be simple and fun, but as ya'll said in no way balanced haha. A lot of cards have very specific targeting I find where if you play with those cards, they end up sitting in your hand.

Great game! Love seeing people revisit old games. There's a revival group that releases new sets every year (their 6th fan set comes out this month). They try to make it a little more balanced - you haven't even begun to see how unbalanced the original game was.

This game looked busted haha If you know that and just want a silly time with big swings then sure it would be fun right. Personally, the art is garbage pail kids texture type and in some places horrible haha Looking at the designers on BoardGameGeek, Paul Peterson was a big designers with Smash Up, Skaff Elias has helped with a new game Mindbug which is super cool imo, and Mike Elliott has done lots of board games. And I'm on the wiki looking up the set list and tracking down prices haha what is my problem!?
