I miss the old “basic” islands. Lol I also was very into flower breeding. I was determined to breed every flower on my own (which I did accomplish!) and it was just fun to play and do these different tasks. My island to this day i would call “norm-core” bc it’s not a particular theme. It’s some basic stuff but also added in a bunch of designs to utilize space. There’s random stuff placed to decorate but I love it. It makes my island unique and just makes me happy to walk around in it❤️ the weird random stuff just adds to the aesthetic I think lol

I remember when I started the game I thought the custom paths are useless, now I only use custom paths and I need a lot more

I used the 12x12 flower breeding plan. I started in June of 2020 and had all flowers EXCEPT the blue rose by November. I was extremely discouraged. Mid-December, I revamped everything and concentrated on just the blue rose .... FINALLY .... On March 24, 2021 .... A BLUE ROSE!!!!

Trash island still exists! I’m so sad that I got the game right after hybrid island was taken out. I still haven’t gotten blue roses or green mums, LOL! This just gave me all the feels of the very beginning though. I got my game towards the end of April of 2020. This was the nicest roast ever and I’m glad you weren’t too self deprecating. ♥️

Honestly- normcore islands are my jam. I absolutely love all the cluttered themes on Instagram, but not when I’m playing. I visited a few dream addresses and just got a headache from the lag. And I still have my Godzilla statue on display 🤣

Also, I have 2 south River mouths and I hate it!!!! I want to restart my island because of that- but I don’t want to lose everything. I thought we could move river mouths when I first started the game 😭

You recently became one of my new favourite KZbinrs for AC videos so I went back to watch your old videos in order, and I really noticed that you seem much less happy and relaxed in your old videos to the point you almost sound slightly agressive, it really shows in the into when you’re explaining that the island isn’t finished!! I know in your first lets play you said you wanted to 100% the game so maybe that’s why you seem to have a slightly more hardcore attitude towards the game lol

Loved this!! Yet another video style and of course I enjoyed it!! I thought your original five star was beautiful but it’s amazing how we change up stuff and ideas. I also have a five star and nope, it doesn’t have to be beautiful. I’m jealous of the creativity others have because I have virtually none! No matter, my villagers don’t care and as you said, they really don’t use anything you put out anyway! (Did catch Lyman lying down in my spa once and got a quick photo, lolz).
