I turned mine into a dps tank. I ran Alchemist prime with summoner. Holy crap I tanked the entire gauntlet on apocalypse. Four concoctions mudtooth, cider, meat shake, and bark extract and immovable prism. This build is unstoppable

Same. I did Invoker prime with medic for support shield spam with dreamstone. Oddly synergizes super well with the skills in rotation since I had to break the perfect swap. It's crazy how good it still feels even when running lower damage too.

Great builds! Question. Is there a difference in damage with summoner that has 35% to mod damage and alchemist fire rate? Also, what about burden of the destroyer over mariner? Not sure how mariner affects the fire rate.

Destroyer doesn't provide Mod Gen which is needed for the build.

Mariner doesn’t affect fire rate and gives 30% mod gen but the other mod gen ring which is burden of the follower has a -15% mod gen therefore running mariner gives you 30% mod gen and does not affect your fire rate. Also stated in the video, both + and - fire rate affects the build negatively therefore its best to have base fire rate, alchemist frenzy dust is not good based on his testing, additionally, summoner gives 70% damage since it provides both explosive and mod damage by 35%. Alchemist just can’t compare to summoner.

This guy just joined my match and 1 shot Lydusa, literally. I'm trying to figure out what his build was but I think it had something to do with burst damage, because he shot me afterwards and was definitely using skewer and I believe root Cannon.

i only get 10-11k with this setup. the only difference is my prism? i dont have grip, i have sapper instead, and i dont have skill crit chance (which shouldnt matter?) since i have meta instead of wizard. i do have a standalone mod crit chance though. is the swap speed that big a difference?

After update I had to uninstall and reinstall for it to work. Was having the same issue.

Except for the reaction chain (which i am hunting) and the leveled up prism, i tried to replicate this build, but i am by far not at 14k damage. How does it build up so much on your character?

Do you have the right prism setup? Are your achetypes and weapons max level?

@ i am leveling those who’ll become mage and wizard, using archon/alchemist atm. Damage was around 4 k.

@@TheHereticSpot If your prism isnt leveled up yet, your archetypes aren't level 10, and your weapons arent max level (20 or 10), it is completely normal that you're not doing the max damage

I actually use Gift of the Unbound with Burden of the Gambler and Burden of the Excavator to get that 35% damage buff and retain weakspots!

I don't understand, critical situation requires you to be in light weight class, but the build is equipped with medium weight class.

​@@reisingert91 I equipped a light set to enable the legendary prism effect. I also use spellweaver instead of bulletweaver and I removed burden of mariner and put on burden of sciolist for more damage.

​@@reisingert91 egg drink + heavy drink + strong back + steel ring allows you to reach up to 74.9 weight and still have light weight for the levendary mod. Here's the how to: Alchemist prime, drink 3 concoctions with snake oil, swap back to archon prime.

Building upon what others have said: With Egg Drink, Strong Drink, Dull Steel Ring, and 10 points in Strong Back, the following gear puts you at 248.5 Armor, 75 Weight, and Light Roll. Academic's Hat Leto Mark 1 Armor Leto Mark 1 Leggings Phetyr Crushers I've really liked Alchemist primary with Archon secondary. The above setup plus Snake Oil and two more defensive concoctions of your choice (Mudtooth's Tonic, Dark Cider, Root Water) make Apoc Boss Rush feel much safer.

Prismatic is so fun, i use spirit healer as mutator so basically i never die except to one shots. Secondary weapon star shot, amulet: reaction chain, one ring leaking gemstone and i basically get Infinite prismatic driver just by using it and then shot full loaded starshot to get prismatic driver back to full stacks.

I have directly copied this build and afaik, it hasn't been nerfed since posting. It is capping out at 7k. It still *works* in apoc but it boss rush, lets just say im sortof disappointed and there are much better builds.

good. I was hoping that no one would upload it, because I discovered it by pure chance and now it's on the creators' radar to nerf it, as always! ha ha

I had to completely redo my builds as devs keep nerfing things and ruin the game.
