@Blobmister2K06 Games. Plural, not singular. More than one racing game should really have roamable garages by now. Even so, it took until the second game for The Crew to get it and given the time gone by, it should really have been much better than what they offered with the amount of vehicles you could own. :-)

@@lwaves I'd say the crew 2 did a decent job with implementing it, giving a somewhat reasonable amount of cars to have in the garage at once, and also with having the cars that the majority of people have wanted in games instead of having cars that you never touch or even realize are in the game It'd also be cool if Nick jumped back into The Crew 2 even for like a single episode cause a lot has changed since he last did a video on it

Anyone remember Sega GT 2002, I was so blown away by that game at the time. It had a working damage model, although very basic you could break parts and do damage you had to repair and it had a pretty great car list for the time.

“PGR did it first with Kudos”. Well, MSR did it first on Dreamcast … but then it’s by the same developer, so PGR 3 is essentially MSR 4. 😂 Either way, loved this game back in the day.

I really enjoyed this game. I played the demo at Circuit City and was blown away by the graphics and the ability to walk around the garage. I believe Kudos started with Metropolis Street Racer on dreamcast.

Loved this game. I ranked #22 at one point, held about 10 lap records and a good amount of top ten times. I even joined the TTR racing team. A special time in my gaming life.

I remember in pgr2 there was a full on dealership/showroom that held every car in the game that you could walk around with signs guiding you down hallways to different rooms of different brands of cars I wish there were games that did that still

This game made me buy a 360 back in the day. I've played the demo on a Virgin Megastore in London (obviously these don't exist anymore). I remember thinking 'I must have this'. I actually bought this game a few days BEFORE buying the console, haha. Miss that time that we had mainly physical discs. I still have a 360 and PGR3 just for nostalgia.

Man, I got PGR3 and Perfect Dark Zero as my first two games when I snagged my first 360 (second batch, waiting list lol) on 1/1/06 and it to this day was easily one of the best racing games I ever played. So many good times, only tried 4 briefly but Micro$oft really sacrificed this gem of a series to prioritize Forza and it’s a shame.

I'd like to see a revisit of Gran Tursimo, maybe like 2 or 3, back when you had to get licenses and stuff. GT2 holds a special place, I still love the intro video to that game. Plus you started the game with the AE86 if I remember correctly.
