Have to agree to how good the movie is and how much effort went into knowing the source materials and what made it what it is. Everyone needs to watch it at least once.

Good review. I’ve seen this movie before but it’s been a long time. I will be checking it out again soon. I recently watched jacobs ladder again which I heard was inspired by the game. All this said, sadly I’ve never played the games lol I know wtf. I just got the remastered collection that was on 360. Im definitely considering buying the remake when it comes out, but want to wait to hear peoples reviews.

Thank you! The movie is rad and I’m not judging about not plying the games. The ones you are talking about on the 360 and PS3 are semi faithful to the original, when Konami made those they lost the source codes for the games and basically had another company try to piece it back together from scratch, but they are Passible to me.

I've always loved this movie just from the visuals alone as it's spot on . The last time I saw this was around 10 years ago man time flies . Did you watch the recent Resident Evil movie called Death Island , it's pretty good especially in its visuals .

@@RETROORDIE Yup it's the third one in the animated trilogy . The animation style looks like a Square enix pre rendered cinematic .
