I don't remember anything about it from when I was a kid. But I used to love the art in the books. I am actually currently doing the same thing to Joseph Delany's Last Apprentice (Seventh Son Series) and it's so fun to read something so easy and fast compared to my chunky thick complicated fantasy books. I love going into it as an adult and I feel like I'm actually absorbing the series and I was considering doing Spiderwick Chronicles or The Edge Chronicles too.

That’s one of the things I really enjoyed about the book series was the art. It was so cool to see the fine detail throughout the book and just made you feel more immersed in the story. That’s another reason why I decided to read this series too, sometimes reading those chunky books will take alot out of you lol. I never read the seventh son series.
