Revisiting XCraft Embraer E175 for X-Plane 12, 7 Months Later, v1.0.3

Checking out the X-Craft Embraer E175, 6 months or so after initial release. It is to date, in my opinion, by far the best E-Jet to any sim right now, but not without it's flaws. I have checked it out when it just came out. Without comparison, let's just jump in and check out what it is like to fly it now, normal procedures only.
Edit: Thanks to the commenters, I realized that I am only on v1.0.3, not the current v1.0.4, apparently I downloaded a day too soon, not realizing it was JUST getting the update. I did update the title to reflect that. I found the change log, I found some nice things here and there, but mostly minor fixes and environmental improvement, not a huge change that would significantly alter my perspective and comments.
Whenever I see a next version that brings significant changes, I will try to find time to do another review of the changes. Thanks for watching, and for shedding light into this version difference.
