Punkang Yul skincare products are amazingly great. The history of how Dr Yul discovered his products and how healing thru were and are in Burn Victims. I love his products. I for sure will purchase this for my dry, dehydrated skin. Thank you Sarah

Thank you for trying so hard to figure out the animal cruelty portion. It means a lot to me and I hate that it’s so confusing.

This has been my favorite nightime moisturizer for over a year. And my husbands as well. It's affordable and hydrating. We love it. We use it after cosrx snail cream. Ufff best combo ever.

Their Nutrition Cream is my favorite. I wish it was in a tube container - it's light enough so it shouldn't be a problem. I have pretty normal skin and the texture is perfect for day and night. 😘

this cream is a 10/10 for me - one of the few products i buy on repeat. I have dry skin and can use it both night and day. Will never be without it.

Oh thank you so much, it is really frustrating that there is so much of a gray area in this category, even in 2024.

I'm on my fourth tube of this stuff. 😃 This along with the LRP Lipikar Baume Euro version are my two go-to moisturizers when I don't feel like playing with new and exciting ones. They are very similar too, in terms of skin feel, thickness, occlusiveness and moisturization.

It is a great brand and affordable. Too bad their sunscreen was horrible. But I use their toners on the regular. I also love their shampoo, cleansing balm & oil, and face wash. Overall great!

Hi Sarah! I love the Pyunkang Yul Ato Cream Blue Label. I have acne prone and combination-oily skin and I live in a humid climate, I use this cream in my morning routine ❤❤❤

That is great to hear- for some reason I would think it would be too emollient for oily skin but obviously it works great for you so I'm wrong!

@@NOBSBeauty when I felt the consistency the first time I was doubting a lot if I would love it or not. But right now the temperature is around 42 Celsius and my skin feels great. Also, A/C in the whole house is not a common practice here, so it is hot wherever you go 🫠🫠🫠

I use the PY Balancing Gel Cream. It is viscous, but it seals in moisture like nothing else.

I pray that Asian countries are getting more cruelty-free but my understanding of their practices makes me very skeptical. Western countries need improvement too of course but it really seems China and Korea are way behind in terms of realizing animals have similar nervous symptoms and suffer just like people 😢

@@NOBSBeauty I think they raised their prices across the board. I think the PIH serum is working to hold down pigmentation, not positive. Do you think you've had results from it?

What are the three different alcohols in it then….i see three
@NOBSBeauty9 ай бұрын
These are fatty alcohols, ones that are hydrating as opposed to drying ones. Cetearyl Alcohol, Arachidyl Alcohol, Behenyl Alcohol - these are all good fatty alcohols. The drying ones are typically T-Butyl Alcohol, Denatured Alcohol, SD Alcohol, Isopropyl alcohol, and Menthyl Alcohol are the most common forms of drying alcohols- ones that if you have dry and sensitive skin you probably want to avoid using in large amounts. This site explains them well: irenshizen.com/blogs/j-beauty/drying-alcohols-skincare-dehydrating-ethanol

It seems to be in a handful of K-Beauty products. I believe it's mostly used to function as a preservative but *may* have benefits for skin.

@@NOBSBeautymy guess is it’s used because of Chinese medicine principles like so much Asian beauty. Honeysuckle is considered cooling and anti inflammatory
