Pretty much the same story - spent ages literally going 'round in circles - each time I got one side in, the other popped out 🤦‍♂Discovered this video and it took less than a minute to replace each earpad on my Sennheiser HD450BT headphones 🍾

Literal hero. Tried to figure this out on my own for an hour before I looked up your vid. I was messing with the skirt by trying to pinch it from the outside in, but you stretch it with your thumb from the inside out!
