Hi Odell. Yes, that was last year and you ordered the Lavender Lux Set it was the Super Conditioning Whip Creme that you're probably talking about. Last year was rough because we were trying to figure out why the "whipped" conditioner kept "falling". We figured it out and made the correction. I cannot correct a problem if you my customer don't let me know there's a problem. I always appreciate "constructive" criticism this is how I/we grow and get better. What I don't appreciate are complaints from the past that I can not do anything about. Thank you for your support.

Hey Rene' I was not complaining, sorry if it sounded like it I ordered all three the argan, peppermint and the lavender I got the argan spray and the conditioner, peppermint spray and conditioner and the lavender

I have purchased your products before at least three times in years 2019-2021. I understand that you have retired from installing sisterlocs could this be the reason your prices have tripled. I paid much less for entire kits such as the peppermint kit which included the towel cap as a bonus for much less than $197.00. I stop ordering because of half filled products upon delivery. I don’t understand why some product creators price their products so expensive when it doesn’t have to be and then you add s/h to total. Please know you are not the only Sister on u-tube taking advantage of people with sisterlocs.

First of all thank you for tuning in my sistah. And thank you for your support 5 YEARS ago...5 YEARS ago prices for supplies were much lower than they are now. Secondly, when you are a small business that create custom handmade products your prices are going to be slightly higher because you can't compete with large companies that water down ingredients in products to save money among other things you don't understand. We only use the highest quality ingredients in our products and they are not cheap. Obviously you loved Beautiful Hair Products because you were a loyal customer back then. If you received a product that was half full- guessing our Super Conditioning Whip Crème, and you made me aware of this, I'm 100% sure I sent you another one. I do not have any kits that are priced at $197 nor did I ever...(some are lower and some are higher) just because you decided you no longer can afford to purchase Beautiful Hair Products, don't think other people can't. It is the people who CONTINUE to support and see the value that we add to the care of their hair that keeps us in business as we CONTINUE to produce the very best quality of products for their Sisterlocks. Thanks to them we are still in business and are getting better each moment. Best believe lady that I am NOT taking advantage of anyone. God is the Captain of this ship. 🙏🏽
