📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
3 eggs
225 g powdered sugar (1 3/4 cups)
70 ml coffee (1/4 cup)
150 g all-purpose flour (1 1/4 cups)
75 g hazelnuts, ground (2/3 cup)
2 teaspoons of baking soda
Filling:
250 g currants (2 cups)
2 egg whites
225 g sugar (1 1/8 cups)
Bake at 160°C (320°F) with fan for 30 minutes, then bake for another 20 minutes.
Use a 26 cm (10 inch) diameter baking pan.

Hmm lecker Johannisbeer-Baiser-Torte... Kenne ich auch mit Rhabarber. Ein schönes Sommerrezept, dass in mur die Sehnsucht weckt, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und die Waerme zu genießen... Wenigstens sind bereits die ersten Störche bei uns zurück gekehrt. Ungewöhnlich früh für dieses Jahr.

Bonjour Anna , comme d'habitude c'est encore un délice , j'ai déjà fait plusieurs de tes recettes et toujours réussi , c'est vraiment des recettes différentes 😊 hier j'ai fais le gâteau au chocolat marbré puding que l'on cuit ensemble avec crème fraîche au dessus 😋c'était trop bon.
