I think the glitter mascara is like a topper mascara. I used to love them when they were a thing (in the 2000s I think?) and always used them over a normal mascara. My favourite ones had a comb on the wand rather than a thin brush, which made it a lot easier to use and coat the lash with glitter from root to tip. I wish make up companies would just make some normal mascaras with a comb applicator as I think they are so much easier than the brushes and I don't like my lashes overloaded/clogged.
