Hello, I found your account through KZbin and I wanted to contact regarding my daughter who is 21 years old and is on stage 5 of kidney disease with GFR 12. Through a renal biopsy in 2021 we found out she has IGA nephropathy and we weren’t guided by doctors regarding diet or what to do to improve her symptoms which led to an aggressive progression of her kidneys deteriorating further and within a few months, her GFR went from 35 to 12. Please are you able to advise if we can avoid dialysis by using diet to help her in her recovery as she is only 21. Do you offer online consultations and if you do, how much do you charge?

Doctor, how long will it be where this is something we can count on. I read there have been a number of successful pug kidney transfers.
