Welcome to "The Big Easy" fan club! It's the only way I will cook a turkey now. It pays for itself by never having to buy expensive peanut oil. With an accessory kit you can also cook a lot of other foods.

I love my Big Easy as well!! I have been the turkey fry cook in my family as well for many years. I have also done a Prime Rib in this thing and it came out Awesome. I got the recipe off youtube for the Prime Rib. Just look it up and several will pop up. This thing is SO MUCH BETTER than frying it in oil which I have done many times before getting my Big Easy. Cooks great, little clean up and will save you lots of money in the long run!!!!!

I'm a Big Easy addict, I've got 4 of these things spread from Mexico to northern Canada. I've cooked chickens, turkeys, moose ,beef and pork roasts, pork loins and chops and many other things in them. I use a Meater wireless thermometer and together they work great!

A good buddy of mine just gave me one of these. Simple easy device! I used it once to make a chicken. Wasn't bad(I should have put the lid on sooner and left it in longer) other than my own mistakes lol. The fryer did awesome!!!! Damn fine product. Next up CAJUN FRIED TURKEY!!!

Just seasoned mine today, can’t wait to use it !!!! same thing happened with my oil fryer last thanksgiving….right at the oil base line and right as I was gonna submerge the turkey….pinhole spewing just enough oil to make it dangerous, sealed it with a small chunk of heat resistant gasket and a small sheet metal screw, and thought, there has to be a better safer way? A small Amazon search took me to the “Big Easy”

Can you use the run off for gravy?
@ChrisR572 ай бұрын
Absolutely! I wouldn't put foil in the bottom, but use a clean foil tray inside the metal drip tray.
